Depending on what part of Portland you live in or want your shop at.... Check the airports for a hangar rental... I keep my car and storage in a hangar at the Eugene Airport... Rent is supposed to be $160/mo and about $40 every quarter for power. I've got a buddy sponsoring me by giving me free storage... I had a 10x15 storage unit that was $125 and that was the cheapest in town.. A hangar is really big and you get to hang out around airplanes!
