Check with the Hazardous Waste Collection roving sites that may visit your area. They often accept tires for free.

The transfer stations also accept tires, with some accepting up to 4 tires per load.

Best way is to buy tires and ask the tire guy to take some extra.

..or just put them on the curb with a FREE sign..
amazingly works very well in some neighborhoods, we have used that for an old bed frame, a BBQ that was falling apart and rusted, a half dozen Rhoddy bushes, an old office chair and more. Never under estimate the power of the FREE sign!
