Shielding Gas Refil?

I have to get my 55cf tank filed with Argon/CO2 what is the best place in the Seattle/Woodinville/Redmond area to get this filled (I own my own tank)?

Praxxair, by Tacoma Screw in Kirkland. They typically exchange bottles. Make sure to transport the bottle with the safety cap over the valve assy or they won't accept it.

Could be a problem as the tank has no prevision (threaded top) for safety cap
