...reminds me of the old days when the Mustang engine (351W) used to break the cast steel rockers in half. Spring open pressure was around 500# with a non-roller cam. The Crane roller rockers I bought to replace the stock ones in '81 are still in the engine today. Maybe they make 'em for those BMW's now.

Ohh, yeah, Lester Owen will sell you a set in steel-
no rollers, there's no room-
adn they cost slightly less than my tow rig did...
