?? in the E-mail it said 9 to 4. I'm guessing we will (hope I'm there) lunch (or a break) of some sort

Yup, that's right on the times. Schedule is just a rough plan, as each specialty will have different needs. We have the room from 9-4, but I'm sure most will be done way before 4.
I've scheduled the lunch break for 12:30 - 1:30. Again, if one specialty finds a better time to break, that's fine with me.
Please remember that it's a break only, you're on your own for lunch, although most of us will go next door to the Longhorn.
