Pacific Raceways repaving?

During the discussion of T2 being repaved last year, there were some comments about Pacific wanting to repave T8 this winter.

Anyone have any insight into whether Pacific is still consdering a repave of that part of the track soon?

Given the rumors of the track's general lack of cash, I wouldn't expect it.

Originally they were supposed to do both at the same time. A delay in getting a specific kind of oil to do the job left them with only enough time to do 2. 8 was supposed to be postponed until after the racing year.

Whether that is still true, I have no idea. I will ask and get back to you.
