Just a few items for those of you coming up to Mission in a couple of weeks. Especially first timers.
Our race fuel suppliers have retired and therefore we currently do not have an on site fuel source. So if your race car thirts for high octane, bring your fuel with you. There is Chevron 94octane pump gas available locally. Read a previous post re shooting mosquitoes with guns. No mosquitoes yet, and please leave your guns locked up at home. Trying to cross the border into Canada with firearms will at best get you a quick u-turn back into the land of the free and home of the brave. Camping is allowed. The track gates open at 7AM and close at 10PM. Late night exit on emergency basis only. No plugging your electrical into the buildings. Loud generators are discouraged. There will be drag racing on Friday evening only. Friday is an open practice day (seperate entry required, see SCCBC website). You can reserve your choice paddock spot with your entry(again see SCCBC website).
