But it says International Conference of Sports Car Clubs just above the "logo". I can't imagine that being to 'busy' for most web surfers, or even certified drivers for that matter.

Anyway it's registered, isn't it? I don't think there were any plans to change the color scheme for the re-introduction of the patches.

I think that'd be a nice upgrade to go along with this software enhancement.
There are a ton of free themes out there that will get you close with little/no work involved.

Upload one, then replace the vBulletin with a clean "ICSCC" and call it good.

Just my $.02, worth exactly what you paid for it. Zilch. ;)
That said, I've designed and launched several sites like this in the past 12 months...so I have some idea what I'm talking about. :)
