Leak Down Tester Opinions

Before I purchase a Leak Down Tester I figured I'd ask for opinions about different brands based on your experiences. Considering I'm a shade tree gear head I don't need one along the professional line but rather one that is reasonably accurate and priced for the occasional user. So, based on this what are your recommendations?

Appreciated,
Jim

I use one all the time. If you need to borrow one I have one too. If you decide to buy let me know. I have them for a reasonable amount.

Hey Fella's. Thanks for the offer to borrow a tester as well as your opinions. Your kindlness is one of the many reasons that makes racing what it is. Considering it's something I will use on a regular basis it will be best for me to purchase one which I will do.

See you on down the road,
Jim

P.S.

I'm pretty sure Andy Armadillo STOCKS the Longacre unit in his trailer (or contact him by phone). Always NICE to support our local track side supplier.

The big deal is to always use the same one the same way.
As long as it's repeatable, it'll tell you useful things about the way
your motor is aging.
I bought a cheap one from Summit, and it does what I need it to do-
it also says that total seal rings are worth the extra $$$.
