For those that remember Jo, she weathered the reminants of Hurricane Jimena. He is the scoop from here with some links.

hi Rob, sorry for the delay. That former hurricane dropped more than 3 feet of water in 36 hours!!! Our house is drying out, we have power back and water back, but no phone or internet yet. We are feeding a friend's cat, so I use their computer when we are here. All in all, we did better than a lot of people, and WAY better than the locals. At least we still have a roof.
