Is this legal in the IT class cars

I think if you read the spec lines from the Chryslers of that era,
you'll find that they are legal, but you have to fit the etomic rotational restrictor
at 28mm, and that will restrict your overal shifting retention rate to the
point that the additional weight isn't worth the performance...

at least, that's the scuttlebutt over at the SCCA Enfrabulator Forums...
