Made/sold by Ireland Engineering. Used on my Pro 3 car for 1.5 seasons and works fine. Includes guage but not the aluminum adapter and steel plate to adapt to the fuel rail if you are planning on using it on an E30. You would have to make those or get them from Ireland.
