Posting on behalf of my mother. We are selling my late father's race trailer and would like to find it a new home within the racing community.

• 1999 Pace American Cargo Sport
• 8' x 22'
• Tandem 3,500lb axles
• Approx. 3,950lb payload capacity
• Rear ramp door with spring assist and flap
• Beaver tail
• Under-floor tire compartments in front of the axles
• Custom race tire rack
• Built-in storage cabinets
• Two 36" side doors with Barlocks (one on each side)
• Two non-powered roof vents with acrylic lids
• 12V dome lighting
• Wall switches (one at the rear and one by each side door)

Maintenance:

• Roof sanded and painted October 23, 2020
• Vent lid replaced October 23, 2020

The trailer is located in Shelton, Washington. Buyer must be able to tow the trailer from the property, as my mother will not be transporting it.
