For those of you CF/FF drivers that have been wondering about the tires that will be allowed at the Festival, here is a quote from the announcement on Apex Speed.
"Formula Ford Racers,
We are pleased to announce our tire situation for the inaugural North American Formula Ford Festival powered by Ford Racing. Due to vocal feedback we dropped the single tire requirement and we will be using the American Racer slick and treaded Dunlop tires. Furthermore either tire will be legal on ANY era car."
I post this here only as a way to more quickly spread the word to those that have been waiting.
