PIR is have a run during our race weekend. They will be setting up on Friday night and we will NOT be able to enter through turn 8. You will be allowed to enter through start/finish all day during the drivers training. Between the end of the Drivers Training and the start of Drags we will have people crossing at Start/Finish. Both in and out.
When the Drags start at 6PM, we will still have a security guard at Start/Finish and when we have at least 10 vehicles in line at Start/Finish, we will open the gate for a short crossing up until 10:30 pm when the Drags stop. After that the gate will be open. Also, on Saturday during the day, entry will be at Start/Finish. At the end of the day on Saturday we will leave through Turn 8. Sunday we will go back to entering and leaving through Turn 8.
We apologize for the late notice, but we were just informed by PIR. We appreciate your assistance in this change in procedure.
