I just found out about a half-day lapping event at PIR on Feb 20 (Saturday). It's sponsored by the FOPIR (Friends of PIR). $125 + donation to workers fund. It's restricted to racers and advanced HPDE drivers.

Check your sources on that Mike.

Go to the PIR website and confirm, because I've only seen donations to FoPIR, not anything that has anything to do with any generic "Worker Fund". FoPIR is not connected to any specific car club.

Not that I have anything against an operation like that, and I hope it's true, but...

The donation goes to FOPIR. That just means I'll have to bring donuts for the workers

kEN At this time, it looks I can be at most of the events except the Histroics as NWMS has already put the hook on me. What is the 'program' for the ORP events? Do 'you' do them?
