is this car able to race with SOVREN? Sorry, I dont know much about vees

Ryan, I am pretty sure it isn't old enough to run with SOVREN. SOVREN doesn't seem to need the entries, so they're pretty strict with their requirements. On the other hand VARA in California would be glad to have it at their events! Of course, so would conference
