Not sure if an attachment will work, so I'll do this the long way! Results below from Sunday's 40-minute PRO3 race. 37 cars in attendance; 37 cars all took the green flag. There were 5 cars DNF for various reason, none of them due to contact with other cars. We ran a clean race with a lot of tight battles throughout the grid and based on my informal fan interviews afterwards, we were a lot of fun to watch! One NASCAR fan sitting next to me in the stands during the NASCAR race commented that he was disappointed in the lack of action from the headliner...saw my PRO3 hat and said that our race was more exciting to watch...
A special thank you to our Conference worker friends. It was an intimidating event with a lot of unknowns (like the schedule, and where we were supposed to be...) but we had help behind the scenes. It was a HUGE help to have friendly, known faces everywhere around the track (especially Pre-grid!) helping to decipher the archane instructions from the promoter as to where and when we were supposed to be. Thanks to Linda in Timing and Scoring for the transponders and the grid sheets! Thanks to John for his efforts as 'PRO3 Liason' with the Promoter. Thanks to all our worker friends in white on the corners. I hope you enjoyed the show!
