I'm trying to dig up some information - mainly if anyone knows of Douglas Mouat from Seattle, WA. He had a car built a in 1972/73 to race with friends of his Phil Boersig and Terry Sweet who unfortunately died before the other cars were built. The car ran in a memorial ICSCC race on August 18-19 1973. The plaque from the memorial race is still in the car after it's restoration.

Howdy! I can't recall Doug right off hand (sorry - it's been a while...), but I do remember Phil and Terry. I was racing a Sunbeam Tiger when Terry hit the scene, I think in 1972, in his blue Datsun 240 Z (your car?). We raced together in ICSCC "D Production". Phil had a very nice Datsun 2000 prepared for SCCA "D Prod." / ICSCC "Improved Production", which of course allowed a lot more modifications, and was very fast. It was a big shock when we lost Phil and Terry. I may have a couple of pictures of their cars from the day. Let me know if you want me to check.
