The "fillable" versions of the various PDFs aren't available yet, but the online version of the Memo is up and it contains those forms. Print 'em out and you're on your way, or just wait until the printed version of the Memo (if you still get it) arrives in your mail box.

The "fillable" PDFs are on the site now, too, but be advised that the e-mail address for the License Director on the 2010 license application is (at the moment) lacking an underscore ("_") character between "license" and "director."

I didn't budget in any bribe money for doctors allowing me to race in 2010. Maybe if we make him the "official" doctor of team Legends he will accept this as his hush money for the year? Next he''ll want me to prove that I'm competent enough to be on a website forum. Does it ever end with these doctors?
