Colonel Red Racing 2005 Subaru STI
This car has been raced by 3 owners since 2010. It has been extensively modified and has seen it’s share of hard racing, blown engines, rebuilt trans, and other racing events. Contact has been minor. The worst contact damaged the front and rear driver’s side fenders. They have been straightened. There has been no frame bending or damage. However the body panels are “race ready”, not showroom perfect by any means.
The learning curve was steep but the car is now capable of running 8 hour enduros. We have won the ME0 class at the Cascade Festival of Endurance twice, mostly because the faster competitors cars failed to finish.
In the wet the car is nearly unbeatable. Competitors in the unlimited class that regularly beat me in the dry I dominate in the wet.

Aviaid Dry sump pump, 4 scavenge stages, 2 to pan, one to each head. Sends oil to Peterson 2.5 gal DS tank mounted in trunk.
Cosworth dry sump pan.
ATI Damper with HTD drive for Aviaid DS pump.
ARE Spintric II air/oil separator in DS line to tank, mounted in trunk.
Peterson dry sump vacuum regulator mounted in driver side valve cover.
Dry sump can be run in either closed crankcase vacuum mode or in open vented crankcase mode. Currently running open vented mode.
Derale 25 row cooler mounted in trunk lid exit.
OEM 11mm oil pump modified by CRR provides engine oil pressure.
Perrin Equal Length Headers.
TGV deletes, IAG Phenolic spacers.
Tial blow off valve.

AEM IAT and EGT sensors.
Radium top feed fuel rail with Radium Fuel Pulse Dampers.

STI 6 speed manual rebuilt by ZF Design in 2019. Includes Group N DCCD Rebuild.
Trans has factory oil pump, feeding trans oil to cooler mounted in front.
