Wow, this is the Peter Derviller designed car from Canada?

I was talking with Peter during the early development of this car as we were looking for a D/SR. He sent me a video of the early testing up in Canada. Sort of lost track of the project when we decided to go open wheel.

I didn't know one was even in the Northwest! It's a really innovative design with the engine mounted alongside the driver. Should be a VERY, VERY fun car with lots of potential.

Is this what it looks like?

Meanwhile, having an interest in unusual sports racers:
This TraXstar TX1 did come out and play with us in ICSCC
one time. It was Sept 3&4 2005 at Mission BC.
I imagine anyone can find the results printed in our archives
(or ask me to dig it out).

Interesting, that Dennis Bainbridge, with his new project,
his new Fusion, was out at Mission this last weekend.
 
This car has had more than one appearance in Conference. My son Peter drove it in the 2005 Cascade Enduro along with Roger Roatch and Dennis Bainbridge. Finished second in Sports Racing. A fast, neat car that would be a great addition to the ICSCC group 6. Maybe Rick can enter in some of the remaining races and show it off
