TC Race Annoncement-- Double Dipper Grand Prix II and Driver Training

Check us out on motorsportsreg.com and in the Conference Memo. You will see how competitive we are and how we are doing our utmost to make your race weekend as fun and inexpensive as possible. This has always been a TC goal and especially in 2012.

If you are in the Novice program, why not take a DT followed by two or three races in the same weekend? For you Area racers still in the learning phases, the best way to begin winning on the easier courses is to race as often as possible on ORP. Take the Test&Tune or even the DT itself. Team Continental has really outstanding Instructors. The Istructors are active racers. You can learn more on technique at ORP than most anywhere else.

The race course is a racer's course. Built by ICSCC and SCCA drivers especially for racers. We all need to support their effort and lessen their financial risks by running there. ORP is exceptionally more safe than any number of other courses I could name. And, this old dog has raced on them all. And, so should you. But, learn how to race well first. Less body damage that way. By the way, ORP is the only officially "certified " race course on our schedule besides Mission. ORP owners spent a great deal of start up money to receive that blessing and to ensure your racing the with best possible safety and enjoyment. So has Team Continental. We are not in this for profits but rather for outstanding racing.

For the more experienced racers, come play with us and see if you can get to the checkers before us. We have beautiful trophies by the way. We give out Lap Record certificates that weekend as well. Come earn one or both of those! Besides we have planned meals morning, noon and night for all hands. You will not be disappointed.

Respectfully,
Skip Yocom, TPFD

I'm signed up. Hoping we'll have a great grid of AS cars in group 4. We already have quite a few!

And don't forget, test & tune on Friday is a super track time bargain.
