Lap Records at Mission

We have updated all of our Lap Records at Mission for ICSCC and CACC events up to the end of last year.

There were no ICSCC races in 2020 and 2021, so there are no updates for those years.

Small correction - ST is not a retired class in Conference so Mike MacAleenans record would still be current. SST was added with a 7.5 to 1 weight to power class in addition to ST which is a 10 to 1 weight to power class. It is slightly more complicated than that with some modifiers but that is the basis for the two classes.
