All proceeds benefit Doernbecher Children’s Hospital

Our Doernbecher Auction tent has been growing so fast, we needed to create an alternative solution to accommodate all of your generous donations. So our first annual Open Tent Sale has been established.
Details:
Anything and everything will be accepted don’t be shy, bring it ALL!
All items will be received the weekend of August 14-15 during race schedule hours. Early donations will not be accepted, storage is unavailable.
Cash only sales.
All offers based on verbal “suggested donation” amounts. Unique items will indicate suggested values.
100% of all donations will be contributed to the CSCC Charity Fund.
Items left after the sale will be donated to the local non-profit organization.
