Enclosed race trailer finishing?

Hey Folks - I just bought a new 24" Pace race trailer which is totally bare inside, and I'm looking to have some cabinets installed, along with some other little things (ceiling + wall finishing, etc).

Can anyone recommend a shop in the Portland area who may be able to help for a reasonable price?
