I believe results have been posted now. Unfortunately there were a few protests and or corner reports that needed to be investigated and finalized prior to making results final.
As to your second question on the results taking a long time to be posted, most of us are volunteers that have a regular job, families and other things going on in our lives. We sure try to get them out as quickly as possible but things happen.
