Seat Belt question - about dates

Since I was kinda snowed in today, I got a start on one of those
needed off season things. After I removed my "Crow" belts to
send in for their bargain good deal of $45 for re-webbing,
then I noticed---
They are "Crow", they have on the label "SFI Spec. 16.1
and they have been punched out for the "Sept." month
and the "10" year.
This is 2012, can I use them through this August,
or even through the month of September?
(Sorry to be dense,, so I'll just ask here.)
 
I thought I saw new rule this year that says belts are good through calendar year they expire. Mine are may 2012. Can anyone clarify? Thanks!

That rule change did not pass so your belts with the SFI certification expire two years from the date of manufacture. So May of 2010 expire May of 2012. 1105.B.4

Neat. And since this year the ICSCC Championship schedule is done by
30 Sept., That set is good for this year!
Cool. Save the cost, plus hassle, plus 'risk' of shipping, + $45!
AND, I get to put it back in while the memory is still sorta fresh!
