Scales and Platform for sale. Suitable for formula car, sports racer, go karts and small light weight sports cars.
Scales are Innovon DS-100 (Paul Haas - San Diego). 10" scales with 500lbs per scale. They come in a nice compact wood carrying case that also serves as the digital read out. Read out only shows the individual scale weights. Do the math yourself for total weight, cross weights etc. These are not wireless scales, they use cables that fit in the carrying case. Each scale can be zero'd on the digital readout. The kit also comes with 4 tiny ramps (6"?) to use the scales without a platform (not practical on sports racers due to ride height).
Platform is designed for 10" scales. See above. Again, suitable for formula car, sports racer or small light weight sports car. I'm not 100% sure of the maker, but they have KRC stickers which is the obvious guess. The platform is 4 pieces (steel). Two pieces slide together to form a side. The wheel base is adjustable. Currently the min wheel base is about 96" but they could be cut down shorter if necessary. There are no cross pieces, so this would accommodate any width/track. Two leveling feet per corner. The platform has two short ramps as shown in the pictures. These ramps work on low ride height cars if the platform is set up on a level surface. Lighter weight compared to many platforms and easy to transport, assemble & disassemble.
