2104 TC Racer Rebate Program
When everyone enters more races everyone wins!
For the first time ever in ICSCC history TC will debut a new pricing program aimed at returning race entry fees based on the total number of races entered.
2014 Rebate Payout Schedule
Total Race entries minimum Payout per entry
255 $6.00
265 $8.00
275 $10.00
285 $15.00
295 + $20.00
Program details:
For the payout to happen two items are needed
1. 85 total 2 combo packages must be sold by the late entry deadline of July 22th 11:59PM.
2. Total entries must exceed the minimum payout of 255 entries.
Payout calculation example:
Jane racer enters 2day combo race, 1 2nd group Sunday only, and 1 enduro with a second driver Joe racer. Joe racer is not entered in any other race. Car count was 287.
Jane’s entry count:
2 day combo (2 races)
1 second group day (1 race)
1 endruo race (1 race)
2nd driver joe (0 race)
4 races x $15.00 = $60.00 rebate mailed to Jane racer
Rules:
1.Late entries after July 19th 2014 11:59pm to the event will count toward the total entry count, but are not eligible to receive any post race TC racer rebate payments. No exceptions will be made.
2.Dividends will be paid out by paper check mailed by US postage to the registered entrants address post marked no later than 10 business days after the event or August 8th 2014. This will be the dividend method no matter the form of the original payment (cash, check or debit/credit).
3.Any dividend checks not cashed 90 days after mailing may be canceled by TC and returned to the TC general fund as a donation. Although we would rather you choose to decline your TC racer rebate rather than not cashing the check. If you choose to do this please inform the registrar at the event.
4.All Paid entries count toward the total entry count. Free races, raffle winners, novice upgrade, or voucher entries do not count in the dividend total entry count. ICSCC race result counts are the gross count total. TC registrar will deduct non-paid entries, this count is final.
5.Endurance Co-drivers do not count in the total entry count, and 2nd (or more) drivers are not eligible for dividend payment. Dividend payments if any will be paid to the primary driver of any endro entry.
6. If total paid entries exceed maximum payout TC may consider additional rebates.
7. Driver school entry is not included in this program.
