New this year is Conference's expanded Observation Licensing program which allows drivers with prior racing experience a path to a senior competition license without going through the Novice program. Basically, drivers with at least four hours of wheel to wheel automobile racing experience within the past two years are eligible to apply for an Observation License. Holders of an Observation License may upgrade to an IRR (senior) license after one race provided they have shown satisfactory proof of ability. Licensing is covered in section 3 of the 2019 ICSCC Competition Regulations. Contact the License Director for more information or with any questions about the program.
