ICSCC Spec Miata and Club Spec Miata Tire Options for 2012

Oregon Region SCCA has adopted for Spec Miata and Club Spec Miata for 2012 the following:

Hoosier SM6 for dry and H2O for rain.
Toyo RA-1s and R888's

Am I correct in assuming then that this tire option is automatically the ICSCC tire option for 2012?

ITA is not an open tire but any DOT legal tire is ok
