I have a good friend who has a large garage/shop with space available for rent. Shop total is roughly 1400 square feet with 3 bays and back room shop area. The space available for rent is roughly 800 square feet, which includes 1 car bay workshop area + back room shop/storage area. There is also room to park a trailer along-side of the shop. Shop is located on 115th street in North Seattle near Greenwood Ave. Shop is heated, has a bathroom, painted floor insulated and drywall with plenty of bright light. This is a VERY nice space to store a car and or work on your race car. Cost is roughly $500 per month +/- depending on you needs/use.
I re-built my car out of this space, and used it for my first few years racing to store / work on my car. (which means it saw a lot of use!!)
