Dear Volunteers
As you are probably aware (see the commercial posts) Star Projects will be presenting Event #4 at O.R.P. Sunday, August 30th. This is a fundraiser to help Team Continental with the expenses of our upcoming race in October. I need to be sure we have enough people to safely staff the track day event.
The preceding day, Saturday the 29th, will be the O.R.P. Open House. This event should have a great party atmosphere. To encourage worker participation, I have arranged overnight accommodations at the Wild Winds Ranch (overlooking the North Bowl), for those that will be staying to work the S.T.A.R. event on Sunday.
The place has two baths and sleeps quite a few and there is lots of room to throw a sleeping bag. There is also lawn to throw up a tent for those so inclined.
Please let me know soon if I can count on you to be there, so I can finalize plans.
