Novice Move Up Question

Please clarify.

Novice successfully completes three races at two tracks. Officials approve move up.

If the novice is not able to race on Sunday they would exercise the move up at the next race.

When they double enter for the next race the move up applies so no charge for one race group. Correct?

If correct are they allowed to practice on Saturday for what would have been the move up or just qualify and race on Sunday for the move up credit? Obviously the second entry would be allowed full privileges. Thanks.

If you upgrade from NCW to ARR at the end of the day on any given Saturday, or at the end of the first day of double race weekends when the NCW group sessions are held, the next day's first senior race entry is free.

If you upgrade from NCW to ARR and do not enter the next day's senior races that same race weekend, you lose the free race entry. The free entry must be used on the same race weekend, following the NCW race.

If you upgrade at the start of the race weekend, there are no free races.

You are not allowed to participate in any senior race sessions until you have been upgraded.

If you are an upgrading NOW/Novice Open Wheel, since you get 4 sessions each weekend in Group 6 vs. 3 sessions for NCW, there is no free upgrade race.

If you have any other questions regarding licensing, it's probably best to just give me a ring.
