This thing has served me well and is excellent for towing racecars. You guys have seen it- it's no beauty queen and I haven't even cleaned it yet. It's a '79 Suburban with 350 crate motor installed by Master Mechanics, auto tranny, 2WD. It has a couple things that make it right for the purpose - cavernous hauling capacity with the rear seat down, HP oil pump, Ride Right adjustable rear air kit, of course hitch and electrics are good to go, and minor blemishes in all the right places. I'd like to get $1500 for it, but will go $1000 to a no hassles buyer who promises to drive it to the track. I wouldn't hesitate to use it tomorrow to tow from here to ORP, Spokane, Thunderhill, etc, etc, etc. Note this truck is pedigreed- it was previously owned by Duane Starr. I'm looking forward to passing it forward to another racer. Vehicle is located in the Portland area.
