Shop to Build Tire Rack for Open Trailer?

Does anyone know a shop in the Portland area that has fabricated a tire rack for the front of an open trailer? It looks pretty straight forward based on pictures I've see online, but I'd prefer to use a shop that has already done this.

Unfortunately not in Portland. BUT I know Pat's Autosport in Auburn has done this for a few customers.

Might be useful to know whether this is a steel or aluminum trailer.
