Anybody have contact info for Tim Bland (the guy with the white Anson SuperVee that was at the Chicane Challenge this year)?

After 3 major wrecks with open wheel cars at turn 9 over the weekend at the Double Natty's, and as I haven't been out yet this year, I was curious to know other people's opinions on whether it is any more bumpy or changed in some way which is worse in terms of unsettling stiffly sprung cars on...

1) Can two cars in the same group have the same number as long as they are in different classes? and 2) Does anybody have a good Seattle/Tacoma area source for Avgas? TY, and sorry for the brevity
