As of this year, you need an SA 2015 or later helmet (2021 was the last year for SA 2010... ask me how I know). Conference doesn't currently require certification for your HANS device.

I think it's their second attempt at doing a combined event, yes; first one was supposed to be this past summer. Looking forward to it!
