This confuses me.

The 711M 6015BA block is a 1600cc 'normally' refered to as the Kent or Cortina block as used in Formula Ford.

The HM6015BA (or B3) is a 2000cc 'normally' refered to as the Pinto block as used in Formula Continental.

So, if it's a 711M, I'm guessing it's an FF application and in todays world of 711M block shortages, $3,000 is a pretty fair price in todays market.

Come June you"ll be able to get new blocks from ford for just north of $1000. Crank rod and pistons usable? Then yeah, might be worth it. Good luck Gary.
