Spokane Race on Motorsportsreg.com question

I was going to pre-register for my first race and saw that is saying a late fee is due after July 6 2008. Should this be 2009?

After a few snags with work sending me out of town at the wrong times and then having a sore back I am getting a much later start than I had hoped. Even this race I will be in Michigan until Friday morning but will make it over Friday afternoon/evening. I just want to get one thing out of the way while I can...
