Ok, I know the economy is tough so here goes - NEW LOW PRICE of $2900 U.S. This car is perfect for enduros, A sedan, or OR region vintage. Has 305, T5, complete full cage, fire system, fuel cell, Baer brakes, etc. Only 5 race weekends.

SOLD - It will go vintage racing with SCCA OR region.

At $2900 race ready I could not find any interest in Conf. or CACC. How much cheaper can you get a decent race car for that can do 1.38's at PR or 1:28's (chicane) at PIR?

Is it the state of the economy or lack of interest in going racing?

I think it's the economy, Robert.

Although that was a heck of a good price on the car, nobody (down in this country) is making any big financial moves unless they are super-ultra-secure with their future income.

The other thing that effected the sale at least in the Seattle area is, SOVREN still has not increased the cut off date for vintage cars newer then 1969. And, there's no SCCA vintage grids to speak of here. So, for that, it had to go at least south to Oregon (sadly).

It would have been a good buy for somebody in ICSCC, but like I said, most are in a 'wait and see mode.
