I've tried to avoid asking this question for two reasons. First, I should know this. Second, I didn't want to appear to be as stupid as I am.

What's RATS?

I had high hopes the PDF would save me but my Adode reader says it's damaged.. it often does that. don't worry.

It is followed by a R.O.D. meeting. Rats and Rods (sounds like some kind of heavy metal band). I'll be at both just to heckle since I'm not chief of anything this year. Someone has to man the peanut gallery.

Will the posters be 2009 or 2008?

Can RATS really read or do they just look at the pictures?
