I recall a few drivers entering the Enduro last year in Portland as their only race for the weekend. Upon reading the entry fee verbiage on the various pages for the upcoming IRDC race, it appears there is no restriction against doing so. Is this correct?

Is anyone aware if the crossing access has been accomplished that will allow viewing the races from the inside of the track?

Might anyone be aware of any racing surface improvements made during the off season?
